Returns

All items (but with the exception of food and custom built bikes) can be returned to us for any reason within 14 days, provided it has not been used or fitted, and is returned in its original packaging with a proof of purchase.

Online or in store purchases can both be returned to store free of charge, or can be returned by post. 

Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase. We are unable to offer any refund without a valid receipt.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the item is returned to us in a safe and secure manner, we suggest that you use a recorded postal/courier service. Please ensure that the service you use covers the value of the goods in the parcel. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. If the item is being returned due to our error then any postage will be reimbursed upon assessment.

If you have paid duty on an international order but are now it returning to us please contact your local customs office for a refund. We cannot refund this cost. 

Any new item purchased from us comes with a full manufacturers warranty. It is up to the manufacture to offer repairs or replacements. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Bicycle repairs/services have a 30-day guarantee. If you experience a minor issue after repair, drop in for an on-the-spot adjustment. This doesn't extend to broken parts, they must be returned to the place of purchase.
